If you're topping off your hot tub every few days, or there's a wet spot under the cabinet that never dries, you've got a leak. We find it and fix it, so you're not guessing or tearing the spa apart.
- Lifetime Columbia residents
- Same-day appointments often available
Signs your hot tub or spa is leaking
- The water level drops faster than normal evaporation
- Damp ground, soft decking or standing water near the spa
- Water inside the cabinet or around the equipment bay
- Air in the lines or jets that sputter
- A built-in spa that loses water while the attached pool doesn't (or the other way around)
Where spa leaks usually hide
- Jet bodies and jet fittings
- Pump and heater unions, seals and fittings at the equipment
- Plumbing lines inside the cabinet or underground to the equipment pad
- Light niches, drains and suction fittings
- Shell cracks on acrylic or gunite/concrete spas
- Spillover and fill lines on spas attached to a pool
How we find it
Every job starts with testing, not guessing. We use the same methods we use on pools: pressure testing the lines, dye testing at fittings and cracks, and electronic listening. Then we show you where the leak is and what it takes to fix it.
What we repair
We repair the leak: fittings, jets, unions, plumbing lines, light niches and shell cracks. We don't repair heaters, pumps, control boards or covers. If testing points to a failed pump seal or heater, we'll tell you so the right tech can handle it.
Spa line under a patio or deck? Our sister company PipePoxy lines pool and spa pipes from the inside, so there's no digging up the concrete.
Warranty
Our leak patches and repairs carry a 1-year warranty.
